My name is Heather J Keller. I wanted to take a moment to share a bit more about my journey and the passion that drives me in this field. My path has been anything but ordinary, and it all started with a decision I made back in 2006.

Inspired by the words of Wayne Gretzky and Julius Veal, I made the bold choice to step out of my comfort zone and move from Southwest Lower Michigan to the bustling city of Chicago. It was there that I landed a job as a licensed Mortgage Banker with a prominent downtown mortgage bank. Little did I know that this decision would completely transform the course of my life.

While working at the bank, I met my now-husband, Chris, and together we recognized the impending wave of Short Sales that was about to hit the market. Driven by our shared expertise, we founded a company dedicated solely to navigating these complex transactions.

Over the years, I’ve become a sought-after expert in the world of Short Sales. My deep understanding of the inner workings of banks and their Short Sale processes has given me a unique advantage in this field. But beyond just the technical knowledge, my true passion lies in helping families navigate these challenging situations with empathy and care.

You see, I’m not just here to facilitate a transaction – I’m here to provide a unique and personalized experience for every home seller I work with. I understand the emotional and overwhelming nature of selling a home. I’m committed to guiding you through every step with the utmost compassion and support.

My driving force is my unwavering mission to “Help 10,000-Families Avoid Foreclosure.” It’s a lofty goal, but one that I’m determined to achieve. In 2019, I founded BluePrint Short Sales/BluePrint Listings with the vision of creating a nationwide network of Real Estate Agents, all trained and mentored by me, to make this dream a reality.

As we work together, you’ll see that my passion for this work extends far beyond the day-to-today tasks. I’ve created two books, “The Ultimate Guide to Selling Your Home as a Short Sales” and “Ideas to Avoid Foreclosure” and I frequently share my insights as a speaker. But at the end of the day, the true rewards come from seeing the relief and joy on the faces of the families I’ve had to privilege of assisting.
